Archival Policy

1. Books which were published or printed in 1930 or before will be archived

2. Books that are still relevant but not in a physical condition to loan will be archived

3. In the above case relevance of the book will be decided in consultation with experts in the subject field of the book.

4. Books that are archived will be given to the users upon their request but it will not be loaned out instead they can use it within the library premise.

5. No photocopy of the archived books will be provided instead digitized version of the same will be provided through the digital library and OPAC.
